Changing the GPU, by itself, will not clear a CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT BSOD, since it has nothing to do with that. You either had a different BSOD (since you know, there are 6 types, with 2 of them specifically for GPU issues), or properly plugged in the CPU cooler's cable when you reinstalled the graphics card, causing it to function as intended. You are free to think it does, but you are also free to think that the Earth is flat, neither of these thoughts will be taken seriously. CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT BSOD has nothing to do with the GPU. ![]() "But Yoyó", I hear somebody saying, "this is a genuine contribution about what can cause that BSOD."
